1. Bridport Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals through Bridport are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or when you collect the vehicle. This agreement sets out the specific terms, conditions, insurance arrangements, charges and your responsibilities for that rental. If any conflict exists between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement for the relevant booking will prevail.

2. Bridport Eligibility

To hire a vehicle from Bridport, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age limits may differ by vehicle type, and extra fees may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a full, valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle class, held for the minimum period set out in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address and payment as required by Bridport at the time of rental.

3. Bridport Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Bridport location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. 4. Bridport Vehicle Collection and Return

At collection, inspect the vehicle carefully and report any existing damage to Bridport immediately. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed by you and a Bridport representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage found on return will be assessed and charged to the hirer.

7. Disallowed Uses

You must not use the rented vehicle from Bridport for:

Any unlawful purpose or activity. Competitive events, rallying, off-road driving, or other hazardous activities. Carrying hazardous materials or regulated substances. Sub-letting the vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers to operate Bridport vehicles. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Use for tasks or loads beyond the vehicle's intended capabilities...

Breaching these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your Bridport rental and extra charges.

8. Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Bridport Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Bridport Vehicle Hire Services for the service to which the claim relates.

9. Governing Law (Bridport)

These Terms for Bridport are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
